It is extremely rare for an item to be missing from a shipment, so be sure to check your package thoroughly. Our products are pretty small, so it’s easy to drop or misplace the item when you open your package.
If you’ve torn apart your place and are 1000% sure that you can’t find it, contact us right away or within 48 hrs. of receiving your shipment at info@trehouse.com or give us a call at 855-873-5633, and we’ll do our best to replace the missing item.
