SHIPPING INFORMATION
At TRE House we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. In some instances, processing time can take up to 72 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your package(s) tracking information.
Orders received on Friday after 2:00 PM (CT) will ship within 72 hours (on Monday, unless it is a Post Office Holiday).
The following shipping methods are available:
- Free Shipping (5–8 business days) via USPS
- USPS Ground Advantage (3-7 business days) via USPS
- Priority (1 to 3 business days) via USPS does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery
- 2-day air (2 business days) via FedEx does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery
- Overnight (1 business days) via FedEx does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that all suggested delivery times are estimated and NOT GUARANTEED. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Shipping carriers do not count the day your order ships as the 1st business day.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and holiday delivery is not currently available for any shipping methods.
Although FedEx delivers on weekends, the expedited shipping options available on our website do not include weekend delivery.
Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO.
USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE:
USPS Ground Advantage (Post Office) will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 2:00 PM (CT) on a business day. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive within 2-6 business days, depending on delivery location. All the rates for first-class mail delivery are generated in real-time by the United States Post Office (USPS.com) and shown to you during the checkout process. We do not add surcharges to the live USPS shipping rate.
All orders must have a valid street address verifiable by USPS to be delivered successfully. We may contact you and hold your order if we are missing address information.
Note: Free shipping is offered for purchases delivered by USPS. If you select this option we cannot guarantee your delivery or accept any liability for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. In the case, this occurs we recommend that you address this with your local post office. If you are concerned about this happening to you we suggest you ship via FedEx. Guaranteed delivery is available with this option.
PRIORITY MAIL:
Priority Mail will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 2:00 PM (CT) on a business day. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CT) will be processed on the following business day and should arrive within 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address verifiable by USPS to be delivered successfully. We may contact you and hold your order if we are missing address information.
Fed Ex 2 Day Air:

Fed Ex 2 day will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 2:00 PM (CT) on a business day. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive within 2 business days once shipped from our location. Please also be aware that our Fed Ex 2 Day service does not deliver on weekends. If your order ships on a Friday, your shipment will not arrive until Tuesday.
Fed Ex Overnight:

Fed Ex Overnight will be processed on the same day if your order is placed by 2:00 PM (CT) on a business day. Orders shipped within the continental United States should arrive within one business day, once shipped from our location. Please also keep in mind that our Fed Ex Overnight service does not deliver on weekends. If your order ships on a Friday, your shipment will not arrive until Monday.
SHIPPING RATES:
All domestic shipping rates are generated automatically by USPS.com and may vary from location to location. International orders will be shipped via FedEx International delivery service for a flat fee based on specific country locations. You will be able to review the shipping rates before your order is completed and the payment is applied.
