We’re really sorry, but once an order is placed, we’re unable to add or remove items from your order.
If your order was placed within the last 15 minutes, please give us a call at 855-873-5633 as we'll do our best to assist with making changes, however, after 15 minutes, our warehouse starts processing your order, and we may not be able to make any changes.
If you'd like to purchase additional items that weren’t included in your recent order, you can place a new order on our website.
Once you've submitted your new order, send us an email at Info@trehouse.com with your new order number, and we’ll gladly process a refund for the shipping fee of your additional items. Please note that expedited shipping fees are not refundable
If you'd like to remove items or exchange the items in your order, we'll do our best to cancel the order so that you can resubmit it with the correct items, however, if your order has already been completed processing in our warehouse, you may need to return the items for a refund or an exchange.
If you need to return any items after your order has been delivered, Please visit the link below and enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
You can select the products you are returning to generate a Pre-Paid Return Label, which will include the return address.
